SMART LYO® is a new range of keenly-priced pharmaceutical freeze dryers
with high technical quality from GEA Lyophil.
SMART LYO® helps reduce the cost of
freeze drying while maintaining quality and performance, making validation and
documentation easier and reducing delivery times. The new
SMART LYO® pharmaceutical lyophilizers are made from proven standardised
modules to keep costs down and quality up. They are available in a variety of
sizes for most applications so that every customer can have exactly the plant
they need and when they need it.
Using already proven technology
shortens delivery time and validation periods, and enables customers to bring
their products to market more quickly.
SMART LYO® freeze dryers are
available in shelf sizes of 5.8 m˛ up to 24.2 m˛ with a condenser capacity of
100 kg to 400 kg. They meet the highest possible technical requirements, the
strictest standards of the gobal licensing authorities, and comply with all the
current guidelines such as GAMP, cGMP, FDA etc.

- Single floor plant frame with compact chamber/condenser unit and all system
