The Wash-Off-Line Exchangeable Compression Module (ECM) is available as an option on all three MODUL™ rotary tablet presses.

The WOL-ECM features high-containment sealing, permanent underpressure monitoring and automatic internal washing capability. After the WOL-ECM has been removed from the machine, it can be connected to a washing skid in the cleaning area. "Off-line" automatic washing offers considerable advantages over "in-place" washing.
